Live Fast, Die Awesome – A Bootleg from Boston

So I posted the link for Gaslight Anthem’s recent show in Boston. I was able to track down the guy who recorded the show, which also happened to be his birthday. He said it was his first time seeing the band and was pretty siked on the show. You can check out the original thread for this bootleg he did or read the same thing right here. If any of you guys out there know of any more bootlegs, videos, whatever, please get in touch. I’m already looking into a way to record them when they make it out here to the northwest. Thanks!

This was their CD release show for “The ’59 Sound.” The fucking killed it, and I think the recording shows it. The record had leaked already, but the didn’t care. There’s a good part about it that they talked about during the show(caught in my recording). The upshot is that the kids at the show knew all the words to the new stuff, and that made the show even better.

The above image is the album I did, using a photo I took of Gaslight’s drum kit. That has to be the most awesome front head I’ve ever seen on a drum. Easily.

Anyways…enjoy the recording, and tell me what you think!
